Mr. Drousiotis’s diverse experience in business consulting, hospitality management, and the tourism industry provides him with a strong foundation for his Non-Executive Director role at Leon.

His time running a consulting firm equips him with strategic insight, analytical skills, and an understanding of operational challenges across different business models. His hands-on leadership in luxury hotel management, overseeing day-to-day operations, service quality, and financial performance, has honed his expertise in customer experience, operational efficiency, and people management.

This combination of strategic consultancy and practical operational oversight enables Mr. Drousiotis to bring an informed, balanced perspective to Leon’s board deliberations. He can critically assess management proposals, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to governance and risk oversight, particularly in areas related to service excellence, operational performance, and strategic planning.

Mr Drousiotis is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration and Economics degree from the United States of America (“USA”). His academic background is topped up with an MBA from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa USA.
