Andrey is a founder of the company. He is in charge of its strategy development and implementation. Prior to starting Leon, he was a head of Wealth Advisory practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before that Andrey worked as an attorney in Inchcape, the Coca-Cola Export Corporation and Ernst and Young. Andrey graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and holds LLM degree in EU law. Andrey also received executive MBA from the Fuqua School of Business. In addition, Andrey has TEP qualification and he is a holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate.
