Zena Panteli brings eight years of expertise to LEON and currently serves Chief Information Security Officer (CISO),Head of Business Development, Data Protection Officer. In her multifaceted role, she supports the organization’s continued development, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

In this capacity, Zena drives strategic initiatives, fosters strong client relationships, and oversees compliance with data protection and information security regulations across the organization.

Before joining LEON, Zena gained valuable experience as an Event Coordinator and Science Museum Manager, honing her skills in project management.

Zena holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the Polytechnic School in Patra, Greece.

She is also a certified professional with the CySEC Advanced Certificate.
